Major vs minor — how we version & name
A simple, public-friendly scheme: majors are generations people feel; minors are steady improvements they notice but don't relearn.
- Public name: Poppy 2.0, 3.0, 4.0
- Gets: campaign, demo, training, new signature accent
- Roughly annual; tied to the v-pillars
- Internal tag: 2.1, 2.2… in pure_versions
- Gets: changelog + subtle in-app "new" note
- Continuous; ships the moment it's ready (BIBO / ship-when-ready)

Hero: "Poppy runs it."
The signature-color evolution
Navy stays the spine; one accent per generation. Always paired with navy + gold, always a ~10% signature — never a full repaint.
#172E55 · #DCCAAF#D9543B#2E7D8F#5B57A6Long-term vision & cadence
One Poppy. Every hat. The face of PURE.
Poppy grows from a helpful chat (1.0) into a personal, agentic teammate (2.0), then becomes ambient across every surface (3.0), and finally runs the work end-to-end (4.0). The name never changes — the capability deepens, and the signature color tells the world she's leveled up.
The brand promise that holds across all of it: grounded, safe, and always getting better.
How releases flow
- Majors (~yearly): campaign + new signature accent + training
- Minors (continuous): ship-when-ready, changelog only
- Every release stamped in poppy_lifecycle + pure_versions
- Brand changes route through Cecile; major naming through Mike
- This roadmap is living — revisit each major before lock-in
